Intern Student Engineer Configuration Design & Analysis
Engineering interns to assist in performing commercial airplane configuration design and configuration analysis, including but not limited to: Starting from market and airplane requirements, perform the original layout of new and derivative airplanes. Engage in airplane preliminary design, product development, trade study planning & execution, and process & tool development to enable faster, cheaper, and better commercial airplanes.
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish these objectives.
Serves under supervision for a specified period within the occupation and skill area that directly relates to their college engineering degree.
Position is in the Configuration Design and Engineering Analysis (C&EA) group.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationAre you currently in at least your second year of a college or university engineering program?
Typical Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Other Job related information
Students pursuing an accredited Engineering degree and have completed at least two years of study. Students who have completed a senior level airplane design course and/or are pursuing a Masters Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering are preferred. GPA 3.2 or greater (4-point system). Clearly state your cumulative GPA and month/year of graduation on your resume. Positions will be located in the Puget Sound area (Everett or Renton).
