We’re adding an inside sales representative with proven skills and success in B2B software sales. This position is on the frontline driving the early pipeline development requirements of the company. The person will team up with, and support, the field sales team by qualifying significant opportunities for follow up and engagement. And will have the benefit of a ramped up marketing program and experienced team to assure their success.
Responsibilities:
Account Qualification
Prospect development in support of the field sales organization
Use your wealth of experience to engage prospects in a discovery process specific to Enkata’s solutions
Qualify inbound inquiries from an on-going account nurturing program
Clearly communicate Enkata value propositions over the phone and via email
Overcome objections and effectively respond to prospect questions related to Enkata solutions, services, competitive alternatives, and other business or technical issues.
Account Research
Effectively research accounts and contacts to screen for fit
Formulate a compelling, individualized message for each of your emails and phone calls based on contact background and company initiatives
Document all activities, prospect information, and opportunity analysis in
Experience and Knowledge
7-10 years inside sales experience/lead qualification or market development with departmental applications for sales organizations, marketing or sales operations
The ability to drive prospects to a presumptive goal and next step
Quick start and ability to drill down to solution details
Experience at a software company; customer service / call center software a plus.
Proficient with
Enterprise Inside Sales Skills– the ability to establish contacts with accounts at multiple management layers and with multiple key influencers
Enterprise Inside Sales Skills – able to identify need in large complex enterprise accounts
Preferred - Ability to do introductory Webex presentations and product demonstrations on your own
