Job Description
This Territory Will Cover: AL, MS, LA, TX
The Idea Candidate will reside in Houston or Dallas Area
Responsible for driving FEIBA NF and rFVIII sales growth through execution of sales strategies

Works with Regional Business Director and home office to identify and develop sales strategy for target accounts

Partners with regional resources to ensure coordination of activities and maximize effectiveness of sales calls

Calls on prospective customers, masters effective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices

Conducts customer characterizations to enhance selling effectiveness

Relays market activities and dynamics to manager

Adheres to territorial management systems

Works closely with customer operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Promotes the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities

Job Requirements
Clinical or science background with a bachelors of science degree minimum

5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, with 2 years experience in clinically focused specialty sales

Knowledge of / experience in hemophilia highly desirable

Demonstrated business acumen and strong knowledge of sales processes

Ability to detail clinical aspects of hemostasis, inhibitor development, and bleed management in inhibitor patients

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.

Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive both in team and individual contributor settings

Effective at acquiring, analyzing and interpreting customer data to create effective sales strategies.

Comfortable with extensive travel
