HR Staff Specialist - San Francisco, California
Description:
Work closely with Management and HR in the following areas:
* Performance review and evaluation * Employee Relations and counseling * ER mediation * Mobilization of Expats to various international locations * Orientation and on boarding of new hires * Compensation and salary analysis * Training and presentation PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field with 7-8 years of demonstrated HR experience as indicated in the Description. * MBA or advanced degree in related field is preferred * International HR labor relation experience is a plus, particularly Expats in Canada SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills and must demonstrate skill in handling a wide variety of sensitive situations in dealing with all levels of employees and managers. Also requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to present to various level of employees and managers. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced highly visible environment and the demonstrated ability to provide an effective solution and response to line management in a timely fashion.
In addition, strong PC skills, as well as proficiency in using MS Windows and related word processing, Excel, and databasesoftware, is required.
