Description: Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical and medical-surgical device manufacturer is currently searching for an experienced Hospital Sales Specialist for the GTA. The successful candidate will call on key hospital accounts at the Director level and below including specialists, Directors of Pharmacy/Pharmacists, Nursing/Nurse Managers and other key decision makers. As the company's product expert, you will work closely with the account management team to respond to RFP's and assist in the development and implementation of the sales operating plan.
Requirements: In order to qualify for this position, YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE SELLING HOSPITAL BASED PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING. The ideal candidate will also have professional clinical experience as a pharmacist, nurse or other heath care discipline and first-hand knowledge of medication delivery systems. Candidates must possess strong business acumen, critical thinking and decision making skills, as well as a strategic approach and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and proactively increase business. A competitive compensation package is provided. Since travel to the USA may be required, valid documentation will be necessary.
