The role of a Search Consultant is multifaceted. It is a liaison between two parties; Healthcare Executives and Physician candidates. Search Consultants develop client relationships and customize marketing plans that meet their specified needs. Consultants are equally adept at managing recruitments for Physicians. They are action oriented and have the desire to possess absolute ownership for the Physician recruiting process from start to finish, which includes negotiations and closing of deals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is dynamic; polish and poise is critical in this position. They must be professional when defining and presenting marketing plans to the Executive level. Consultants must be articulate as they frequently engage with physicians over the telephone and in person.
This role is for a competitive personality. It is quota driven and primarily resides ?in-house?, with 25% travel to client sites. Candidates must be able to work in the corporate office located in Dallas, TX.
