Title: Head of Display Sales Location: Singapore-Singapore-Singapore Other Locations: We are currently seeking a Head of Display to lead the Region Sales organization. This is a key role which requires strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who possesses a successful track record in digital media, online advertising, driving product monetization across SEA using best of breed solutions and platforms in the SEA market. The potential candidate should have experience to help initiate, support, build and provide strategic direction by proactively driving our regional sales initiatives to increase monetization opportunities and setting sales objectives and metrics to meet our market share and revenue targets. This position will require travels throughout the SEA region but is based in our Singapore location.
Responsibilities
· The Head of Display will be responsible for strategic and operational management of our country SEA Sales teams working in close junction with the country Commercial leads.
· Responsible for coordinating sales initiatives, gathering metrics and leads to achieve company objectives regarding sales, profitability and market share.
· Responsible for continual assessment of market and industry trends, competitors and competitive environment · Responsible for providing functional leadership to the country sales team, specifically identifying, developing and creating sales strategy across the region · Develop and lead the creation and execution of customer focused campaigns.
· Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan, forecasts and budget that supports strategic objectives and ties marketing programs to revenue.
· Communicate and calibrate with functional teams on the expectations of customers, users and the market.
· Work closely with Product team to develop strategies for launches.
· Assist in the development of pricing, distribution and positioning strategies
· Analyze market data for product growth potential and competitive market share · Understand entire region needs and issues
Knowledge, skills, abilities and capabilities
· Sales professional with 15 years of progressively responsible roles in sales with leadership positions preferably in SEA region, and with strong media business knowledge.
· Candidate must also have strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial attitude, proactive business style, excellent communication skills, and effective marketing-related skills to achieve sell-in to all levels.
· Candidate must have the ability to demonstrate strong focus and spearhead overall strategic positioning to follow industry trends and to keep a "finger on the pulse" of the Market.
· The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter with experience in managing metrics, leads and monetization, and strong execution focus of sales projects · Candidate must have conceptual selling and leadership skills to lead internal teams.
· Provides excellent leadership qualities and drive for continuous improvement
· Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills and superior interpersonal skills
· The candidate should have experience working in a matrix global organization.
