We are executive recruiters and our client knows of this job.
We have been retained to find a Group Account Director on one of the great worldwide brands. While we cannot identify the specific brand at this time, it is the largest selling product of its kind worldwide. The account is both US as well as specific overseas markets, all handled out of New York City. There will be some travel, but not excessive.
The agency requires fun, smart and upbeat employees with a "can do" attitude.
Appropriate candidates will have excellent advertising credentials. Must have significant digital. This account is heavily involved in social media, retention and content. The agency is global and has offices around the world.
Consumer package goods, liquor, or other major ad agency account experience necessary. You must be an ad agency person to apply. Also, there is no relocation, so candidates must be in the New York area. If you do not have this, do not bother to apply; inappropriate candidates will not receive a response.
Supervisory experience is necessary. This account will have an very senior account supervisor, an account executive and an assistant reporting in. It reports to the head of account management.
