PROMOTIONS, JOB DESCRIPTION & LOCATION
Our client is hiring a Global Brand Manager. The GBM reports to a VP, will lead marketing innovation worldwide for Hair, Skin & Oral Care, and will be based in either Philadelphia, PA / Wilmington, DE or Paterson, NJ area.
Note: The last GBM I recruited was promoted to "Director" within 18 months.
The idea hire is:
An experienced marketer in Hair, Skin &/or Care categories
Advancing faster than their Marketing peers (i.e., 5-15 years experience after college with annual base salaries between $120-150K; maybe more if they're a rockstar) ... no job hoppers
With BA degrees; prefer MBAs from top schools
Authorized to work in the United States.
After excelling in this role, the new hire will have an opportunity to be promoted to Director Marketing, move up in marketing & assume GM type roles.
