Your Responsibilities:
Leads NXP application marketing effort in assigned global application segment and defines global application strategy to maximize market share in segment.
- Develop and maintain a clear view and vision of the trends and market numbers in the segment; tracking of TAM / SAM / SoW / DW for lead customers in segment - Identify customer application needs, highlight targets to increase SAM and leads effort to grow market share in segment - Map existing portfolio into applications, provide solution guides and develops value propositions for segment - Deploy application knowledge to FSE / FAE and PL - Cordinate selection of right sub-systems: develop, support execution and stimulate cross-BL application approach - Set-up and lead the global application marketing team - Provide platform for information sharing - Coordinate company wide integrated communication approach for segment - Segment specific requirements: Suggestion on GtM model based on industry trends, support value chain alignment (OEM-ODM), facilitate industry contacts for PL to provide complete solutions
Shared responsibilities:
- System reference designs (with regional S&M and BLs; where applicable) - Challenge roadmaps in RfL process and align w/ businesses - Solution collateral with BL/PL and Marcom
Primary measurements:
- long-term market share or share of wallet in application segment (@ targeted customers), DW achievement and quality (where applicable)
Secondary: - opportunity & design-in funnel, application training and collaterals
Your Profile:
- Experience with computing applications/customers • Technical education on university level or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of marketing/sales experience • In-depth understanding of computing market and ecosystem • Proven track record of setting and achieving business targets • Ability to build a business vision • Strong communication, team building and influencing skills • Fluent in English • Willingness to travel frequently
