 Health system in eastern Michigan is seeking a Revenue Management Consultant.
This position will be responsible for helping to revamp front end processes admissions/patient access of the health systems hospitals.
Will also be involved in the health systems due diligence efforts for acquisition targets.
Prior experience in Accounting jobs, Patient Financial Services Director, Business Office Manager jobs, Patient Financial Services jobs , Billing Manager job a plus.

Work Experience:
Bachelors degree with 7-10 years as a consultant or manager, preferably a combination of both;
Should have experience with Patient Financial Services, especially patient access management, and back end revenue cycle.
Should have project management experience and work well with IT department.
Knowledge of payer contracting, reimbursement, HIM as part of revenue cycle and decision support, and/or six sigma will be a plus.
Must be a team player, self motivator, able to review, analyze and diagnose and know how to remedy process issues.
Prior experience inRevenue Management jobs, Accountant jobs, Financial Services Jobs , Patient Financial Services, Billing Manager jobs, Business Office Manager jobs a plus.
Salary:
Salary range is from $76K to $95K, but can go over $100K based on qualifications and experience.
