Event Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting our 485+ retail stores find and receive all components of a bridal party wardrobe and corporate orders. They will collect all wardrobe information from our retail associates, bride and groom. Research where the product is and work with the merchandising staff if needed to insure JoS A Bank. Can fulfill our customer's wedding/corporate needs. Schedule transfers; verify delivery of the merchandise, schedule alteration appointments and follow-up to make sure our customers have everything they need from JoS A Bank on time and correct. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the timely calling and scheduling of appointments with our retail store and potential customers that are collected at Bridal shows.
