| United Diamond is a manufacturer of Canada's best O&G fixed cutter drilling bits used globally. United Diamond also has patented down hole drilling tools currently changing how wells are being drilled! We are currently seeking more support for our Canadian sales team. Job Description: United Diamond is looking for an energetic, quick learning and highly motivated individual to join our technical marketing services group . The best of all candidates will interact with all departments to create sales materials and proposals, ensure product quality, and interact with internal and external customers. This position has the potential to provide incredible growth, opportunity and challenge a very dedicated individual. Position Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional support to City and Field sales employees. - Gather and analyze performance data that will be utilized for sales proposals. - Provide sales proposals to internal and external customers. - Prepare daily and weekly reports to be utilized in sales meetings. - Assist other group members with data entry and other special projects. - File invoices and field tickets. - Clerical duties. Requirements: - Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 & Microsoft Outlook is a must. - High level of attention to detail so our product excellence continues to advance! - Effective, creative & professional communication skills with team members and executives. - Highly organized to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines. - Strong aptitude to learn. - Previous experience in an office environment would be considered an asset.
