E&G Contracts Coordinator
•Minimum 6 months of direct customer contact experience or Bachelor Degree required; 12 month of direct customer contact experience preferred
•12 months experience in wireless industry preferred
•Experience managing confidential data and Customer accounts required

****Schedule 12pm to 9pm Monday thru Friday****•Responsible for knowing all Enterprise & Government contracts and pricing
•Handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about GSA Services
•Work with Federal Account and Global Enterprise Managers (FAMs) and (GEMs) during the implementation of new accounts into the Business Government Service Center (BGCO)
•Able to support Federal Account and Global Enterprise Managers (FAMs) & (GEMs)with the implementing process for the Federal/State & Local agencies
•Coordinate the transition of Federal accounts into BGCO while communicating with sales, customer service, and the customer to ensure a transparent transition of the account
•Must be knowledgeable of the various contract vehicles serviced by the BGCO
•Ability to identify internal and external customer needs and resolve
•Track and maintain an accurate and detailed list of accomplishments
•Build accounts in ACSS and profiles in EWI for New, Existing, and Migrating customers
