Director, Suite Sales
Responsible for the sale of suites. The Dome has a capacity of 164 contractual suites. There are two levels of suites. The lower level suites (-A-) contain 24 seats. The upper level suites (-B-) all have 16 seats. Each suite carries a multi-year contract with built-in annual escalators. Suites' prices range from $60,000 - $175,000 per year.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide a professional business plan to maximize suite sales - Evaluate local market and suite sales needs to prepare comprehensive sales strategy - Meet and exceed new suite sales goals by executing innovative sales strategies - Meet and exceed annual suite sales quotas - Hire and manage a suite sales professional(s) - Work closely and productively with marketing, advertising, and operations - Cover game day operational duties on premium seat levels - Attend and positively contribute to weekly sales meetings
