Director, Small Business Solutions & Go To Market Srvcs
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing for US Mailing, this position, Director, Small Business Solutions and Go To Market Services, is responsible for the development and execution of strategies and plans to grow revenues and profitability for the US Mailing small business customers as well as to provide the go to market support services for Marketing Analytics, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Channels (including direct marketing) in support of the product and programs run for US Mailing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strong direct marketing (direct mail, telemarketing, and internet) experience and leadership abilities
Lead development and execution of short-term and long-term business growth strategies - driving double digit year over year growth.
Strategic management of marketing partners and/or sponsored relationships.
Lead/mentor/coach/manage a team of 5-6 direct reports
Oversee management of external vendor relationships including a direct marketing spend of over $20 million year
Lead internal and external communications regarding business growth strategy - includes regular creation of pitches/presentations & financial summaries

Qualifications:
Minimum 15-years business leadership experience
Minimum 5-years experience leading large-scale B2B customer acquisition activities
Strong Marketing Leadership Experience, including significant direct marketing management
Demonstrated ability to manage numbers and consistently meet targets, while maximizing ROI
Successful track record of leading exponential business growth in dynamic/changing marketing environments
Keen ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
The entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate political barriers
Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and inspire a team
Creative, confident, and bold; able to imagine new possibilities and forge a vision
