Sign off on rights availability for negotiated sales, including masters/materials availability.
Prepare Sales Orders with key deal points for approval by management.
Negotiate, draft and finalize contracts, including drafting language and correspondence.
Prepare contact and process instructions for each licensee (addressing approvals, reporting and payment requirements, dubs creation notices, etc.).
Serve as Company administrator for rights database
Trigger internal instructions for invoice creation and materials shipping.
The candidate shall have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Business/Legal Affairs and/or Contract Administration and/or Paralegal role in relation to domestic and/or international television and/or DVD sales.
Experience with children's and family content preferred.
