The Director of Sales is responsible for meeting or exceeding their bookings target in their designated territory.

Responsibilities

Achieve target bookings number
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
Develop key accounts and increase share of wallet
Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), and close
Conduct telesales and in-person sales calls
Manage the proposal process
Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of sales staff
Assist sales staff as needed
Perform all duties with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Bachelor's Degree
Three or more years of successful technical selling in the communications industry
