Director of Marketing & Product Management
Opportunity to lead a team and multiple departments to develop and launch products. Directly responsible for all apsects of the marketing functions including: marketing communications, product management, market research and customer support. Work with the Director of Sales to align product lines and market segment. Also achieve and manage product budgets and P&L business targets. Work with Sales and product teams to define market channel strategy and related launch items. Develop new products to increase brand portfolio growth objectives. Develop long range strategic marketing initiatives, departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
- Bachelors Degree required-Business, Marketing or Engineering
-MBA highly desireable
-8+ yrs experience with Product Management/Strategic Marketing across mutliple brands
-8+ yrs management experience
-Experience with Industrial or Commerical Fire Suppression required
