Director of Integrated Analytics, Marketing / Advertising

Euro RSCG Edge is looking for a highly-motivated Lead Analyst for our Integrated Analytics Department. Qualified individuals will have experience with statistical modeling and have a track record of implementing actionable strategic plans, based on vast data sets, into an integrated online and offline marketing environment.

Responsibilities in this role include:

¨Leading analytics team to deliver attribution and forecasting models, ad-hoc analysis, test structures, recommendations and media mix analysis for digital/online and DRTV clients as well as internal business development department

¨Supervise staff members and inspire best in class contributions while helping to build their own skills, maintaining superior analytical and reporting standards

¨Guide clients as to best practices surrounding marketing technologies, campaign metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), test structure and methodologies including the development of business intelligence, consumer segmentation and multivariate message analysis

¨Analyze and challenge marketing and marketing channel performance, making strategic recommendations on cross media allocations for Online and DRTV clients

¨Analyzing online and offline customer behaviors across multiple media campaigns and working with internal and external partners, and clients, to manage the regression-based/statistical model development and application of actionable insights

¨Build and manage predictive models as needed and work to set up measurement and tracking strategies

¨Data integration and aggregation from site analytic tools, ad-servers, data warehousing and in-house systems

¨Identify issues related to statistical analysis, recommending options and implementing solutions

¨Responsible for creation and delivery of both standard and ad-hoc reports, as well as implementation of strategic analysis to support continual improvement of the organization’s consumption of critical ideas

¨Create, maintain, and support complex reports, sub reports, multipart formulates and customized functions

¨Perform data preparation (i.e., QA, ETL, etc.) necessary for model development, demonstrate model validation, and write code for model installation and scoring

¨Plan, execute, and effectively communicate the results of modeling initiatives and identify new opportunities for applying statistical modeling to enhance marketing initiatives

¨Collaborate with IT department to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

¨Build automated reports and ensure accurate tracking and reporting, preparing and distributing client media reports, communicate results to client services teams

¨Collaborate with delivery team to improve data collection and web-based tracking

¨Experience with process flow documentation and design

Requirements

¨College degree, preferably in statistics, quantitative analytics, math, economics or business, with preference on advanced degree

¨ 7+ years of experience in statistical, financial modeling, metric maintenance roles, or similar roles within marketing, management or supervisory experience, highly preferred

¨Experience with segmentation and regression analysis and has the ability to teach others

¨Solid background and understanding of statistics and consumer marketing, either SASS and SPSS statistical analysis

¨Hands on experience with online/offline campaign analytics and marketing mix modeling and a strong understanding of broad media mix

¨Expertise in the various testing and optimization methodologies within multiple marketing channels

¨Ability to summarize detailed data into an actionable recommendation for audiences of varying backgrounds

¨5+ years of Crystal, Hyperion or similar reports and experience with Tableau is highly desired

¨Ability and past experience indexing data

¨Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail

¨Ability to work in a fast paced, results and deadline-driven environment
