Director of AML Project Manager
Job Description: The Compliance Project Management Office is focused on enhancing the quality of integrated Global Compliance data and operating platforms across all products and regions. Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office, the Compliance AML Senior Project Manager will provide support for program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects aligned with the AML Strategic Data Roadmap initiative. Responsibilities: This AML Senior Project Manager will lead process/platform re-engineering and data quality analyses on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, with responsibilities comprised of the following components: • Diplomatic liaison with other functional teams such as the business, operations and technology to resolve obstacles and creative problem solving to move projects ahead • Meet department productivity and quality goals • Take charge, adjust priorities quickly and work under tight deadlines • Supervise and lead staff, and drive career building and coaching • Establish employee goals, conduct midyear and year end reviews • Schedule and conduct department meetings • Represent department in senior management and update meetings external to department This seasoned professional is expected to utilize a deep understanding of the organization, infrastructure, policies and business strategy to facilitate the implementation of enterprise-wide data governance policies, strategies and practices. Requirements: • 10 + years experience in the AML space • Must have management experience to lead and direct staff in development analysis and report preparation/weekly updates • Responsible for staff scheduling, work assignments, rotations and coverage • Experience interacting with knowledgeable and demanding audiences at all levels of management • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility and an ability to shepherd multiple concurrent priorities to completion without significant guidance • Demonstrable success in coordinating large-scale projects involving geographically and functionally diverse stakeholders is required and prior exposure to data management and/or data quality initiatives would be beneficial • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior management are expected
