Join this rapidly growing division of Stryker and lead global Product launch strategies. •Provide marketing support to US Sales Force •Support roll out of product in Europe, India and Japan. •Work with Business Intelligence function to evaluate trends in assigned segments, as well as new (but related) markets, to determine segment penetration opportunities and strategies. •In partnership with R & D drive product enhancements to existing products and identify new projects to increase revenue. •Drive the product/marketing message through all communication channels by partnering with internal and external communication resources and functions. •Collaborate with field sales management, consulting surgeons and patients to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs. •Drive business initiatives with employees, usually through middle management (direct reports) •Develop both direct and indirect staff
Qualifications/Work Experience
•10 years experience in a classical marketing function, including direct product management experience •3 - 5 years experience managing professional staff •Prefer experience in or direct exposure to the healthcare product or medical device industry •Demonstrated ability to effective lead both direct and indirect team •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships •Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment •Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups •Demonstrated analytical skills •Demonstrated ability to deliver results on multiple, complex projects
Education and/or Special Training
Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering or business; prefer Master's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field of study.
