The AT&T Business Digital Marketing team is committed to building and nurturing customer relationships by delivering valuable insights from a position of expert authority, which ultimately enables people to make or influence informed business to business (b2b) technology purchase decisions.
The Director, Digital Marketing supports that goal through deploying best practice in the following areas:
Strong creative and strategic content programming skills with demonstrated ability to inspire remarkable content.
· Change agent who can enable a highly matrix managed professional marketing organization to rethink existing paradigms
· Visceral understanding of how customers make complex technology purchase decisions, and ability to codify that into repeatable processes and best practices
· Clear understanding of and deep experience in digital marketing, especially a solid understanding of how to leverage content, technology and placement to drive desired behavior
· Experience managing content supply chain - develop and manage production relationships, provide strong editorial oversight, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of quality creative product
· Disciplined thinker and data-driven decision maker
· Proven leadership and managerial skills, including previous direct managerial responsibility of a professional marketing team
