Description: Our client, an industry leading supplier of pharmaceutical services, is currently searching for a Director, Market Access to oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the market access department. As an active member of the senior management team, this person will be responsible for all issues related to strategic consulting, market access and reimbursement, government relations and lobbying, market research, health economics and pricing.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of pharmaceutical industry leadership experience dealing in market access or similar role. You must be an expert in all issues related to reimbursement, market access, pricing, and government affairs and lobbying in the pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience working as a vendor or in a consulting role is preferred. Candidates must be able show a successful track record in identifying and maximizing market opportunities and possess outstanding communication, presentation and project management skills. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset. Candidates will be required to travel (overnight) a minimum of 10% of the time. Since international travel, including travel to the USA is required, valid documentation will be necessary.
