Director - Digital Marketing

The Director, Digital Marketing will be an integral part of the Marketing team responsible for the following:
- Lead strategic development of comprehensive digital marketing programs in support of selected products, general brand awareness, Local Ad Councils, and other marketing initiatives across all digital platforms.
- Set targets and timelines for development of all digital programs and key initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance and adjust message and/or placements as needed of all digital assets (website, social, media).
- Oversee online creative development for banners, landing pages and other campaign elements including layout, design, functionality and copy.
- Oversee search engine marketing efforts, ensuring a strong ROI against key audience targets.
- Manage creative development, approvals and deployment of email marketing efforts.
- Leverage and integrate with other traditional marketing efforts to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and continually improve user experience on OUR company branded websites (i.e. catalog experience)
- Perform other duties as required.
The successful candidate for the position will meet the following requirements:
- Seven+ years online media experience marketing for a website required - automotive or retail experience preferred.
- Strong track record of maintaining KPI focus (CPA vs LTV vs ROI) in similar environment with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tools, social media platforms, web analytics, and website construction.
- Proven ability to build online buzz, develop breakthrough campaigns, improve email marketing metrics, and optimize search (SEO and SEM) in both the B2B and B2C space.
- Experience negotiating and working with ad and affiliate networks.
- Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic recommendations.
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines and quickly adapt strategy to changing competitive conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, written, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field required.
