Your primary responsibilities will include:
Support the development of a holistic consumer business strategy for OptumHealth Care Solutions
Work closely with the Consumer Solutions leadership team to establish long-term direction and priorities
Conduct analyses and create presentations to articulate the consumer business approach and plans
Lead other initiatives and projects for the Consumer Solutions leadership team
Evaluate potential business opportunities and recommend whether and how they should be pursued
Collect other information and conduct analyses to support senior executive decision-making
Perform other activities to support consumer business initiatives and team members

7+ years business strategy development/program development experience within healthcare or professional services firm
7+ years leading cross-functional teams on high visibility projects
3+ years experience successfully building and managing products, programs or businesses
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior executives
An enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative approach
Moderate/Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Management consulting or investment banking experience strongly preferred
