SUMMARY:
The Client Service Director is responsible for managing, coordinating and leading Agency resources in order to meet Client's needs. In this role, the Client Service Director, has overall responsibility for Agency output and provides perspective and leadership in the development of quality solutions related to digital marketing efforts. Candidates should be familiar with the use of all existing and emerging digital channels to drive online engagement and sales. Including website development, SEM/SEO, e-commerce, social media and email marketing.
The goal of this position is to aid our clients in the success and management of their online marketing campaigns. This role is required to provide a proactive service level to clients, maintain and grow strong relationships with those clients, and grow business within existing customers.
Retain, grow and develop assigned accounts through daily interaction with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high-level of knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and partners via telephone, over email, and in person
Resolution of client inquiries. Create action plans and follow through to closure in a factual, professional, timely and consistent manner
Stay abreast of online marketing best practices and trends and provide consultative support to clients
Development and delivery of best practices points of view demonstrating thought leadership, to clients and prospects
Agency experience leading account teams in Healthcare, Pharma, Technology, Software, and/Banking preferred
Qualifications:
A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
Experience with direct marketing, CRM, demand generation tactics/strategy, website development, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing
Strong aptitude & understanding of campaign performance metrics, analytics and optimization
Prior experience in creating e-marketing programs for bundled products, e-bill enrollment, and online promotions
Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations, and leading client meetings
Organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects to successful, on-time conclusion
Experience with telecommunications and SMB categories a plus
Smart, hard-working, fun-loving and service-oriented individuals
Self-motivated team players that are excellent collaborators
