Description Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director, Brand Operations is responsible for helping create the overall brand operations framework, creating critical activation processes and managing cross-function execution of programs. Specific key areas of focus: Brand Training: Collaborate with Brand Identity and Design to create and implement an immersive brand training protocol as part of the evolved brand management system. Work with BM&A leadership to integrate other training programs (e.g. ANA) into an organization wide learning program. Marketing Best Practice: Help create the insight gathering, creation and execution of marketing best practice including but not limited to brand standards, marketing processes and creative development processes and collaborate with Brand Development to institutionalize within the organization. Agency Performance and Operations Management: Drive implementation of the best in class agency oversight model, including performance and compensation models, integrated agency work processes and implementation of industry leading best in class standards (e.g. media innovation, creative, digital, etc.). BM&A Process and Budget Management: Lead the team's support of program and budget management, working cross-functionally within the BMA&S team to ensure alignment and collaboration of key initiatives. Qualifications Required skills include:· Marketing process development· Creative best practice development· Performance metrics development and analysis· Project and budget management· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Experience leading cross-functional teams· Proactive leader Bachelors degree preferred. 10+ years in a similar capacity. MBA a plus
