Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
Description
The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing marketing campaigns through key Citi online channels (such as and ) in support of Citi Cards, Retail Bank, and Real Estate Lending growth goals. The role could expand to support other Citi products/channels in the future. A primary but not exclusive focus area for this role is account acquisitions. The candidate must have the ability to foster and strengthen partnerships with cross-functional partners, including product strategy managers, credit policy, decision management, CFO, reporting/analysis, infrastructure delivery teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to drive significant profitable business growth through key online channels, including strategies to enhance program effectiveness
Understand key P&L drivers for the channel and deliver marketing programs that meet P&L goals
Develop and efficiently manage process for deploying campaigns as well as proactively suggest and implement process improvements
Manage internal workflow to ensure flawless execution of campaign assets (e.g. banners , content), product additions/removals, pricing changes and key testing /optimization initiatives
Providing insightful analysis of trends and key performance measurements for the campaigns managed by this individual
Identify new opportunities for further channel expansion, size potential impacts, and communicate recommendations to Management
Support quality assurance reviews of campaigns and ensure appropriate archiving of all documentation.
Maintain an understanding of industry and company legal, regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager with proven problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Candidate should have a proven history of developing and implementing successful marketing programs and obtaining consensus on strategy. Impeccable collaboration, communication and an ability to influence cross-functional groups without direct authority is required along with the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change. Familiarity with the current state of Internet marketing, with ability to provide insight on future e-marketing opportunities, is also required.
