Demand Generation Manager
Description:
DemandTec is looking for a talented, experienced, and driven lead and demand generation professional to join its corporate marketing team. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own all facets of demand generation at DemandTec from a business / program management perspective.
* Direct the definition of what demand generation at DemandTec should be and work closely with the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing to define the appropriate programs to achieve our stated objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Proactively work closely with Industry Marketing peers and sales management to define ongoing, high-impact, value-add campaigns.
* Establish best practices for campaign execution, working closely with webmaster and other internal constituents.
* Define and execute best practices for closed-loop campaign reporting, including media effectiveness, campaign effectiveness, and linkage to tracked opportunities in .
* Establish total view of all media used to execute demand generation activities, including SEM, print/digital/social media, and other market touchpoints.
* Introduce best practices to DemandTec on the intersection of demand generation and social media. Work closely with Public Relations manager to align social media efforts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus.
* 8+ years business experience with 5+ years in demand generation / B2B marketing.
* Excellent knowledge of . Solid understanding of Marketo (or similar) marketing automation tools. Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
* Ability to quickly understand DemandTec’s business and how marketing can best add value.
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
* Extreme attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
