The Customer Support/Battery Order Management Specialist provides a point of contact for any customer service battery and Cell Watch sales support to internal Sales and the Rep Channel. Manages service orders to include order entry, backlog management, and manages all aspects/touch point that affect Customer Request. The incumbent owns the responsibility for meeting the customer request ship date (CRSD) and on time delivery of service. Interfaces with Sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accuracy of orders.
The essential functions for this position include:
1. Review all 3 phase battery and Cell Watch orders for completeness and errors 2. General Order Management to include; Order entry, Promised date compliance, backlog management, coordination of material shipments and on time delivery, coordination of labor resources, completion of service requests, approval of vendor invoices, and accurate invoicing of services 3. Interface with sales, Eaton manufacturer representatives, purchasing, credit, contracts and legal departments in an effort to solve order issues as well as financial cleanup Challenge cross functional processes for continued business improvement. 4. Collaborate with vendors, purchasing, logistics, and finance to ensure proper service delivery, shipping, and invoicing 5. Support Sales and the Rep Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders. 6. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues to accomplish shared goals 7. Review, troubleshoot and manage credit memos 8. Work cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries

Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements Qualifications for this position include: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. 1-3 years experience in a customer service role or position. 3. Prefer background in customer interfacing order management work environment. 4. Must demonstrate a strong positive attitude and ability to handle internal and external customer situations while remaining calm, professional, and in control. 5. Candidate must exhibit the ability to clearly communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. 6. Candidate must be organized and able to multi-task, specifically as it relates to handling different products, parts, answering phones, managing orders, and performing additional tasks in a high transactional work environment. 7. The ideal candidate must be able to actively listen to understand situations and apply the correct priority and sense of urgency to the approach/solution. 8. The candidate must possess exceptional accuracy in data/order entry. 9. Ideal candidate must possess a history of successful process improvement projects and work well in a team environment. 10.
