Looking for a Customer Account Coordinator for our Miami Branch:
Individual chosen should have knowledge and well diverse experience in an office type atmosphere. Have excellent computer skills, strong customer service skills and be blingual (English and Spanish). Will assist the marketing department and or the credit department on special projects as needed. Must have a bachelor’s degree or an education level equivalent to a 4 year degree.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintain integrity of customer account information, review all account opened by users, verify accuracy of the information by searching external sources, and approve or reject the record submitted, open all new accounts in the system for the credit department, conduct telemarketing activities to verify information, call on new accounts opened monthly, assist for follow up on marketing campaigns, verify leads as they arrive from various sources to company.

Requirements:
o Education level equivalent to a 4 year degree (Bachelors).
o Clerical/office setting experience.
o Demonstrate knowledge in company's customer database information system.
o Have excellent computer skills.
o Have an understanding of accounting procedures.
o Demonstrate project management skills--oversee the process of the direct mail program from development to the mailing process.
o Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Demonstrate ability to communicate well over the phone when speaking with customers/prospects to gather marketing and account information.
