We are looking to augment our Bay Area practice offices with talented Corporate Communications Consultants. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting leading Bay Area (Fortune 1000) clients with a variety of challenging projects and make a positive impact on their ability to do business. Our Communications Professionals work closely with client stakeholders to develop and execute internal and external facing communications across various media.

 

Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.

 

Professional Qualifications:

 


  • Proven message ideation, development and delivery of communications for multiple audiences, and knowledge of Internet and/or mobile technologies and financial services are highly desired.

  • Experience in quickly grasping complex financial and/or technical concepts and translating them into clear copy while ensuring all communications are accurate, well written and in the right voice for the intended audience.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in communicating, copywriting or editing customer facing content within large companies (writing samples will be required).

  • Experience in working with business partners to clarify and define project scope, requirements and deliverables and diplomatically address and/or resolve differences between stakeholders from cross-functional teams.

  • A working knowledge of financial services, Internet and/or mobile technologies.

  • Proficient in quickly understanding the scope of a project, developing copy, and mitigating and resolving conflicts related to editing during the content review and revision process.

  • Strong client relationship and project management skills.

  • Experience developing customer facing content (i.e. online messages, emails, letters, presentations, newsletters, blog postings, etc.) and writing internal communications (i.e. emails, bulletins, newsletters, alerts, online forums, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience in online marketing and communications (i.e. Internet and Intranet) and/or publishing to SharePoint preferred.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, communications, or a similar field.

  • A passion for a project work lifestyle.
