Position Summary: The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Communications Intern to gain experience supporting the company's EMEA-wide PR effort. The Corporate Communications Intern will support the manager in all aspects of EMEA PR activity, including management of external agencies, creation of press materials, management of PR events, management of case study production, general administration and liasing with the corporate communications team in the US. The Intern will have an opportunity to gain experience in PR, media relations, copywriting and agency management.
Primary Responsibilities: - Work with international marketing team and external agencies to help with day-to-day processing of EMEA-wide PR requests - Acting as liaison between US comms team and EMEA PR agencies - Oversee management of case study pipeline - Assist in development and approval of press releases - Support comms manager with organisation of EMEA-wide PR events - Monitor relevant publications for press coverage - Assisting the comms manager in executing PR strategies and campaigns - Meeting agreed deadlines and proactively managing expectations and delivery - Attend and contribute to work in progress calls and/or meetings
Required Skills & Experience: - Degree level qualification or equivalent experience. - Excellent verbal communication - Excellent written communication - Ability to think outside the box and be creative - Effective organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to communicate to a range of internal and external audiences
