Contract Management Responsibilities: iews and leads LTA negotiations for the site and supports negotiations at the division level. ticipates in review and evaluation of Supplier RFQs and resultant proposals to ensure alignment with business strategies and compliance to customer requirements. igates onerous contractual risks and liabilities. vides training to organization on contractual and regulatory requirements. Provides guidance to the team on compliance with FAR, DFAR, and ITAR. olves contractual issues with external customers. ports Subcontract Program Manager with supplier interaction as required. ds continuous improvement activities on key contractual processes and procedures including contract review and flow down elops pricing strategies for non-traditional product line. pares and executes non disclosure agreements.

Negotiates price, delivery, terms and conditions and administrative requirements ducts contract reviews to identify, capture, and flow-down customer requirements to all stakeholders within the organization. inisters all contract changes and ensures out of scope efforts are identified, quoted and negotiated consistent with procedure. ages configuration control of customer documentation including specifications, drawings, and quality requirements, terms and conditions, etc. nsitions contract administration to Customer Service after Gate 5 of the ProLaunch process.
Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree Required Familiar with government and commercial contracting terms and conditions Intimate knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, UCC and other Government Contract Regulations Ability to Negotiate Price, Terms and Conditions Knowledge of Markets and Competitors Customer-focused individual Ability to identify and solve complex, cross-functional problems Ability to drive results by coordinating activities multiple departments Proactive, Self-directed and action-oriented with strong decision making skills Strong leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong Team building skills Creative Thinker with the ability to learn quickly and influence others Ability to interface at all levels is key Background and knowledge in MFG/Pro other equivalent software packages.
