Content and Marketing Coordinator
- Track speaker, session, and provide content details for multiple shows simultaneously using established processes and procedures by always looking for the most efficient means possible. - Assist with preparing show materials, including event handbooks, attendee surveys, session PowerPoint slides and templates. - Responsible for making updates and changes to various event web sites. - Coordinate speaker A/V with MediaWest. - Provide key communication with speakers. - Travel to national events to assist with setup, logistics, registration, and speaker coordination. - Summit Coordination, including summit site updates, quality assurance of all summit materials and workbook production coordination. - Lead Development including sourcing lists/leads and data aggregation & integration with - Social media marketing, updates and monitoring - Bi-weekly competitive tracking and marketing data reports - Special Projects including annual media kits and onsite support for special projects and features. - Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field - Exceptional written and verbal skills - Excellent time management skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands simultaneously - Ability to deal with deadline pressure and make quick decisions - General knowledge of marketing strategy, including market research and marketing communications preferred - Must possess ability to learn new systems, use basic web editing tools, and have an eye for details, accuracy and consistency - Knowledge of a plus - Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills - Ability to travel 15%
