Concession Game Day Staff (Spring Training) (Sports Marketing/Events/Promotions)This position, through continual professional growth with cross-training, will perform as a cashier, cook, host/hostess, runner, expediter, kitchen utility staff and bartender.
Primary Responsibilities
Greets and entertains guests in a warm and friendly manner. Provides a positive first impression, before fast, personalized and efficient service. Offers menu suggestions, promotes specials and upsells at every opportunity. Prepares attractive, great tasting food and beverages following standard recipes. Delivers food and beverages to customers at the proper temperature. Ensures food is correct, cooked properly, and ready to serve. Broils/grills/fries and prepares each order by following standard recipes. Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are being followed. Cleans cooking items and kitchen areas to provide a sanitized environment. Follows customer service, cash handling, alcohol, health, sanitation and safety policies. Assist in creating a fun, dynamic atmosphere for everyone, developing camaraderie while acting as a positive team player. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be well groomed and professional in appearance. Must be at least 18 years of age and have experience in food service and/ or retail sales. Must pass a Drug and Background screening and Pre-employment Assessment. Ability to work as needed, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays until Labor Day. Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
At least 21 years of age. ServeSafe and T.I.P.S. certified; First aid, safety, and CPR training. Fluent in Spanish.
