POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is an individual contributor role that will have significant contact with all levels of the specified target client. This individual will develop and implement a strategy and plan to position, differentiate and increase awareness of TeleTech's full suite of products and services. This position will be responsible for renewing existing service offerings and determining new services, with the goal to increase TeleTech's services revenue. The Account Account will uncover strategic booking opportunities. This individual will build strong rapport with the Client to assist the Sales Executive in identifying and closing new business deals. The Account Manager will be responsible for continuously educating the Client on the value of TeleTech's entire suite of service offerings to further enhance our long term partnership and value add based proposition.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 plus years sales experience in a Technology Services or Advertising/Marketing services environment.
Successful track record of creating and delivering client value propositions that maximize long term growth and increase profit.
Proven innovative solutions approach to identifying opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Proven experience building strategic relationships with customers.
Experience leading complex customer accounts.
Ability to articulate high-level value propositions to large Fortune 1000 clients.
Thorough understanding of the designated Client industry and business.
Ability to influence and manage across business units at all levels within Client.
