THE COMPANY
Our client company is a rapidly-growing, nationwide, multi-billion dollar insurance and insurance marketing organization.
THE ROLE
Initially, the Chief Marketing Officer will develop, implement and integrate the management strategy and vision for the company across its multiple independent marketing organizations. Upon completion, this executive who reports to the President will be assume responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of marketing platforms, maintenance and development of lead generation programs and selling systems as well as eBusiness platforms. The Chief Marketing Officer will be charged with managing at both strategic and tactical levels and positioning the organization for efficient and sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role offering the successful candidate excellent corporate career advancement. REQUIREMENTS
Four or more years experience in insurance annuity marketing at World Class financial services/ insurance organizations or comparable experience from the premier management consulting firms.
Outstanding leadership skills, strategic thinking and strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
A successful career track demonstrating excellent project management skills.
An excellent communicator with ability to work across all functions/levels of the organization as well as with customers.
Ideal candidate will present examples of high academic / business related achievements.
A bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable.
