Channel Marketing Manager
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing demand creation activities in Acronis DMR Channels. This individual will partner with each key Channel Sales Manager to see that account-specific plans are in place and properly executed. They will also take a leadership role in defining and managing end user marketing campaigns in the SMB market through partners. They will help to increase awareness, drive sales and generate leads which above all should drive pipeline growth & revenue for the Acronis channels team. They will also ensure that all key partners are fully engaged and actively promoting Acronis products to end users in order to provide leads from the channel. This will be accomplished by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to define the right mix of marketing strategies and execute tactics needed to acquire new prospects and to move them through the sales cycle. Additional activities that this individual will be responsible for include content marketing on all partners websites, on-line advertising, promotions, incentive programs, catalog advertising, email content and materials for events. Materials may include presentations, flyers, online or live seminars, direct mail, and tradeshow material. Duties/Responsibilities of Position: · Implement channel marketing plan - with business plans and objectives - to position products and services across North American channels ensuring that Acronis brand becomes known for industry leading, innovative backup & disaster recovery software solutions. · Execute and maintain the go to market plan in support of the established sales objectives of the partner and field teams to include positioning/differentiation, demand creation, field marketing, customer and industry programs and promotions, channel readiness and communications. · Focus on key customer segments, implementing targeted partner programs. · Create content to aid the channels success including new collateral to support key product launches or categories, table top merchandising for shows and trainings, direct mail or email campaigns to be used at multiple accounts, discounts offered to all accounts. · Ensure associated partners MDF funds are spent effectively, in a timely manner and within guidelines and track ROI and report back accordingly. · Create and execute sales promotions for the partner sales reps - funding, participation, messaging. · Utilize and leverage shared resources such as product marketing, public relations/analyst, social media and marketing operations. · Capture key initiatives and properly communicate them to sales & internal constituents. Maintain weekly event calendar and update sales. · This role will be measured by implementation of agreed go-to market strategies against agreed metrics; positive ROI on marketing investments; budget management- on time and within allocation; growth in revenue through assigned resellers.
