Lead integration of cross-functional processes across a multitude of stakeholder groups with a long term effect on overall company performance. Provide oversight and effectively contract with customer and/ or charter project, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives. Manage the accuracy of deliverables and results, and communicate to all stakeholders. Demonstrate proficiency of Project Management or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to assist clients working through the life cycle of an improvement project and the Northwest (NW) Region Site Services Employee Involvement (EI) initiative. Establish a monitoring plan for all open projects to monitor scope changes, critical path performance to schedule plan, critical path changes and overall status of project which includes facilitating plan development. Influence, negotiate, and act as a change agent for implementing EI Teams; complex, innovative process improvements; and creating a process management culture. May participate on the enterprise-wide governance teams. Provide oversight and lead transition into actionable business strategy by understanding company policies, strategic direction, strategic initiatives (e.g., Quality Management Systems, International Standards for Organization, Employee Involvement). Lead, facilitate development, and deploy integrated strategic plans for process improvement/ management and organizational direction. Lead the successful completion of NW Region Site Services specific programs, projects and implementation activities. May prepare work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysis. Communicate with Information Technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status. Prepare administrative and technical reports, and presentations/ recommendations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Provide guidance to subordinate team members. Serve as liaison to resolve business requirement issues between customer and information technology representatives. Serve as mentor to others within the company. Lead development of the business case, risk analysis and portfolio management priorities of process investments, return, affordability and resource requirements. Actively work with project sponsors to set clear scope boundaries to prevent scope creep and help assigns appropriate resources. Guide creation of, and deliver executive leadership project plans and status. Develop or influence the documentation framework and standards. Integrate efforts to eliminate, consolidate and simplify process documents. Oversee reviews, assessments and audits of business process documents. Lead the innovation of process standards, guidelines and tools. Creatively employ the portfolio of process methods and tools. Collaborate and partner with other skills or organizations (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) to provide a better solution. Create companywide synergy and innovation, processes and tools. Consult, integrate, and improve the existing enterprise business architecture. Ensure integration with remaining aspects of enterprise architecture (e.g. information, data, and applications architecture). Ensure any solution has architectural compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives. Lead, participate, or work together to reach NW Region and enterprise-wide agreement on the development of business architecture design, phased implementation, and use. Support or lead special projects.
