Business & Planning Analyst 1\2

This position will provide primary business management support to a service group within Shared Services Group (SSG) Enterprise Services.
This includes Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs), Estimates at Completion (EACs), Opportunity and Risk (O&R) assessment, and Business Plan Reviews (BPR). Meets with Operational leaders to analytically explain monthly performance, communicate cost trends, quantify risks and recommend actions to keep costs under control.
Maintain internal cost models and supporting templates. Develop, analyze and maintain metrics, cost baselines and variances. Provide ad hoc reporting and offer new and insightful ideas.

The successful candidate will have good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under general direction both independently and in a team environment.
