Business Analyst - DMAIC, Business Requirements

Premier Alliance Group has a consulting need for a strong Business Analyst to work on an international enterprise risk reporting project. 

Primary tasks involved in this role:

• Creating/writing BRD's – Business Requirements Documents
• Creating top quality professional documentation utilizing the full functionality of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Leading/facilitating meetings, sending agendas, minutes, etc.
• Providing assistance/back-up as needed to the change manager
• Possibility of creating test plans

REQUIRED:

• Must have experience with DMAIC process
• Experience with BRD’s - business requirements capturing and requirements writing
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) – should be able to work well on the phone as most of the project team is global
• Experience facilitating and leading meetings  
• Banking experience required
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
• Some experience creating test plans

DESIRED

• Experience in any of the following:  Credit risk, market risk, VaR, TRE (Total Risk Exposure), Sensitivity, etc.
