Mosaic, one of the North America's leading national field, event marketing companies and talent agencies, is currently seeking a highly driven, professional PART-TIME BRAND ADVOCATE to impact sales on behalf of our client (Eastman Kodak), one of the industry leaders in imaging technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, product knowledge, advocacy, responsible for building good relationships with store management and associates, as well as educating store personnel and consumers on the features and benefits of our client's digital imaging product .  You will demonstrate a communication style that explains technology and digital imaging using layman's terms to retail sales associates, department managers and store managers.   Along with product education and demonstration, your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is important in achieving the goals of this program. You will also be responsible for collecting and reporting on in-store training, in-store activities, competitive information as well as maintaining brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance, POP and plan-o-gram compliance.  The Brand Advocate representing Kodak will be responsible for accomplishing these tasks in multiple retail locations within a specific territory.
  
This primarily part-time "assisted sales" position has a structured work schedule and retail store visits must be completed within structured parameters (Wed - Friday, with flexible hours between 9am & 7pm).  WEEKEND (Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays required) demonstration and assisted sales retail store visits (during busy peak store hours) are required with increased hours/additional shifts due to program needs/peak selling seasons. 
 
 
Qualifications of the Brand Advocate representing Kodak:
-  Available to work a varied, approximate 10 - 25 hour weekly schedule as outlined above
-  Familiar with big box, consumer electronics and office supply store environments
-  Retail sales & demo specialist mentality preferred
-  Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
-  Tremendous interpersonal communications skills - must be a "people person"
-  Ability to learn and master consumer electronic and technical information 
-  Comfortable educating & sharing product feature and benefit information with customers & retail associates 
-  Background/experience with consumer electronics and technology preferred
-  Computer literate and savvy with PC
-  Communicate effectively in a face-to-face scenario
-  Able to embrace and implement new initiatives and directives in a timely fashion
-  Detail-oriented
-  Independent and self-motivated
