Position Description AT&T's Advanced Enterprise Mobility Solutions organization is seeking a Government Field Service Automation subject matter expert for a position as an Industry Solutions Practice Manager (ISPM). The ideal candidate has a proven sales record to state and local agencies, with a background in business process optimization through wireless enablement and mobile enterprise application platform solutions. Sales experience in government field service automation, inspectional services, health and humans services (i.e public health, enviromental health) or social services sector is required.
The ISPM is viewed as an industry expert specializing in specific lines-of-business vertical processes. Some assigned accounts; ISPM is industry and technology expert brought into complex accounts as opportunities are identified. ISPM works collaboratively with cross-segment partners to achieve goals. May manage and coordinate the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the company's products. Called upon as an industry expert to develop and present sales proposals and solutions. The ISPM leverages deep industry knowledge of wireless applications, government and agency policies, procedures and line-of-business processes to close business. The ISPM is frequently a featured speaker at industry related events.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has consultative selling experience on mobile application solutions and mobile enterprise application platforms for government and government to citizen services. Experience in process re-engineering through mobile applications and systems integration required. Territory includes the eastern region; up to 50% travel.
