As an Associate Product Manager, Platform & Inventory Syndication you will play a pro-active role in the product management and support of our enterprise customers and dealers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer and affiliate partner satisfaction of lead platform processing and inventory syndication.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong facilitation, coordination and organization skills combined with process orientation - Solid analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated passion to improve customer satisfaction - Willingness and ability to master technical subject matter - Good understanding of business principles and how customer acquisition and retention impact the bottom line - Possess some understanding of full product life-cycle methodologies - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand their impact on the automotive leads market - Advanced user of MS Office products - Experience or interest in automotive industry or online marketing is a definite plus - Experience as a junior marketing manager, or sales operations professional - Any technical background - either through education or practically gained - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Be the primary product management interface for customers and partners for all questions related to: - o Inventory management - Tracking, reporting and driving to resolution of buy- and sell-side inventory issues Facilitation between enterprise customers, Business Development and Technology to identify and pro-actively resolve issues and take advantage of opportunities to grow our business - o Lead processing - Manage our scrub rules to ensure high-quality lead supply for our customers and adherence to partner SLA's - o CRM and lead management systems - Support requirements definition and implementation related to product functionality developed by other ADP divisions with a particular focus on CRM systems - Under the direction and with the support of a Senior Product Manager: - o Gather and analyze software requirements by Business Development and Product, and participate in brainstorming meetings for product design - o Contribute to the creation of business cases for development projects by building consensus for all business and product requirements documentation - o Provide guidance to the development team by prioritizing ongoing change requests, feature requests, and bugs - o Work closely with project teams and directly with customers and partners to ensure that product capabilities meet the needs of the marketplace - o Communicate product release plans & current and planned capabilities to all areas within the organization and to external stakeholders
