SummaryThe Shopper Marketing, Associate Manager supports the Shopper Marketing Manager in creating and executing innovative and breakthrough brand and business-building programs at retail. The Associate Marketing Manager will also be responsible for shopper initiatives on their own as required by their respective Accountabilities (similar to Manager role, but with the coaching and direction from their manager)1. Support/lead the translation of key Pepsi North America Beverages (PNAB) platforms into retail media via Shopper Marketing programming Develop differentiated customer programming grounded in brand, consumer, shopper and retailer insights Deliver breakthrough creative that builds brand equity at retail2. Support/act as primary conduit between Customer and PNAB Marketing teams Align PepsiCo Customer Teams and Brand Teams on customer relevant programs & strategies Lead cross-divisional alignment on Power Of One events (if needed) Establish clear accountability for funding of each event3. Actively promote superior execution at retail Fully support Shopper Marketing strategy development and program sell-in with customer and retail execution partners Optimize promotional vehicles that meet account and event specific requirements Promote/develop new ways to activate at retail4. Support/lead Post Program Analysis on key retailer programs, identifying wins and opportunities to maximize future program results5. Support/manage Shopper Marketing budget Complete and maintain all budget trackers Process all invoices via SAP Report any significant discrepancies to Plan for period-end meetings
Requirements:
Education Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred) Experience 5+ years of relevant industry experience Foundational Marketing strategy Communicates productively Building winning relationships, including agencies Capable Drawing insights through analytics and identify opportunities (thinking skills) Business economics Strategic selling Industry knowledge Leadership
