Job Title: Associate Director, Digital Strategy
Job Description:
Associate Directors have demonstrated superior ability to lead and inspire client teams, manage every phase of an engagement, contribute to knowledge, and provide senior counsel to our clients. They should be able to advocate for the right set of actions to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results.
The ability to interface and work in conjunction with a wide range of team members across various disciplines and departments is iliarity with cross-channel strategies, including online branding and direct response programs, social media, mobile, search and online advertising is also important.
Associate Directors should possess solid industry expertise within at least one vertical, but are encouraged to expand their skills and experience across other industry areas
Responsibilities: * Understanding of Client’s Business and Marketing Goals * Develop, lead and present client digital strategic recommendations * Manage client workshops – customer journey, brainstorming and tactical prioritization sessions * Assume active lead on new business pitches when needed * Partner with management within other departments including account, planning, and project management * Manage and mentor junior staff when appropriate * Author POVs and white papers on various topics * Develop Qualitative and Quantitative research plans * Competitive and Best Practice Analysis * Digital Marketplace trends * ROI and Website Performance Analytics
Qualifications: * An in depth understanding of the digital marketplace and/or agency background with at least 8 years of work experience in Interactive Consulting, Interactive Marketing, Advertising, and/or Management Consulting * Prefer advanced degree, MBA, Marketing Communications or other related * Senior management skills: ability to partner and build relationships with senior clients, manage team, strong presentation skills; knowledge of business and the Internet * Should have strong experience working inWord, PowerPointandExcel * Should have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
