Our company is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Member Engagement Manager to drive success in our Sales Department.
As an Assistant Member Engagement Manager, you will assist the Member Engagement Manager in providing leadership, direction, and supervision to the sales team. Assist in maintaining the Sales Department business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership sales and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
Drive sales through ownership of weekend production
Display exemplary sales skills by excelling in personal membership sales
Partner with the Member Engagement Manager to learn and develop the capacity to lead a successful sales team
Assist with monitoring Member Engagement Advisors daily, weekly and monthly revenue and unit totals to ensure they are achieving or exceeding goal
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Proven success as a Fitness Member Engagement Advisor at our company
Management experience highly preferred
Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
Computer savvy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
