No relocation available SUMMARY Develop, launch, and manage Marketing activities for products including new product launch activities, product messaging, marketing promotions, marketing materials creation, communication activities, and training of the Sales Team on new product introductions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Principal Responsibilities: Develop and provide clear product launch focus for the Sales Team to include product focus, timing of launches, sales communication and training. Develop key messaging and product positioning for use in marketing materials. Develop sales tools (presentations, collateral, trade advertising, etc.), to create awareness. Coordinate with Product Management the training of the sales force. Work collaboratively with Creative Services Team, assist in the development of packaging, graphic design and product awareness collateral. Make every effort to keep any project that is aimed at improving sales and/or relationships with our customers moves ahead quickly with the utmost of quality and urgency. Perform other duties as directed by the Product Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing. Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques Design strategies to leverage social media Analyze web traffic patterns and metrics-based reporting Launch online public relations programs Optimize website usability Author and revise website copy and manage blog content Secondary Responsibilities: Travel as required (5% - 10%) to view competitive marketing activities and attend trade shows and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and implement them as required. Occasional weekend responsibility. Oversee and maintain budgetary requirements. Work closely with all facets of the company to bring new products to market. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this temporary job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
